Erich Kalt advises private individuals and companies in economic matters. He also supports clients in his consulting activities as a notary public. His professional focus is on estate planning and corporate succession as well as their implementation.

 

Erich Kalt has been a partner of Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat since 1982. He completed his studies with lic. iur. (licentiate) at the University of Zurich in 1980. After various internships in the law firm and with criminal authorities, he was awarded the attorney-at-law and notary's certificate of the Canton of Zug in 1981. From 1989 to 1997, he served as a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. In the following years, from 1997 to 2016, he became a member of the Supervisory Commission for Attorneys at Law in the Canton of Zug. In addition, Erich Kalt was a member of the Municipal Council of Zug from 1986 to 1990. From 1994 to 2001 he was a member of the Citizens Council of Zug. Erich Kalt has also been a member of FC Bayern Munich since 1 July 2001.

Hans-Rudolf Wild joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1988 as a partner. He previously worked as a lawyer in Zurich and Zug. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich in 1980. He has been admitted to the bar in all Swiss courts since 1983. Today he is also a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. Rainer Hager joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1989 and has been a partner since 1993. He studied at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1987. For 16 years he was a member of the Zug City Parliament and in 1999/2000 he was President of the Municipal Council of Zug. Since 2009, he has been President of the Citizens Council of Zug.

Christoph Schweiger joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat as a lawyer in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he studied at the University of Zurich. He then worked for a large commercial law firm in Zug and Zurich. He was admitted to the bar and notary public in the Canton of Zug in 1999.

Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, Manuel Inderbitzin had worked for several years as a clerk and substitute judge at Meilen District Court and as a litigator in one of the leading Swiss commercial law firms in Zurich. He also works as a military prosecutor (auditor) and in this capacity represents the prosecution in military criminal proceedings.

After graduating from the University of Lucerne in 2014, he initially completed an internship as an auditor in the administration of civil law. Later he worked for one year as a trainee in a law firm in Zug. In 2017, he was granted the attorney and notary's license of the Canton of Zug. His expertise also includes all pre- and post-trial arrangements such as the ordering of interim measures (preservation of evidence, injunctions, asset recovery, asset safeguarding, etc.), the enforcement of domestic and foreign decisions and the conduct of proceedings in the areas of debt collection and bankruptcy law. Furthermore, Lukas Frese has in-depth knowledge in conducting international arbitration proceedings in particular in the construction and infrastructure sectors (ICC, SCAI, ad hoc), governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws.

 

Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2019, Lukas Frese practised in Zurich as an attorney at law with renowned law firms focussing on litigation and international arbitration (2015-2019) and as clerk to the court and chairman of the Conciliation Authority in tenancy and lease matters at the district of Meilen (2011-2015).

Katharina Peterhans specializes in advising and representing individuals and companies in the areas of contract, real estate, corporate and family law. In addition, she provides support in matters of inheritance law, in particular in business succession and estate planning. Thanks to her many years of experience in the judiciary, she has extensive knowledge in litigation.

 

Prior to her admission to the bar, Katharina Peterhans was an intern in a renowned commercial law firm and clerk at the District Court of Meilen. She then practised as an independent lawyer in a Zurich law firm. She then deepened her knowledge as a court clerk at the High Court of the Canton of Zurich. In addition to her work at Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, Katharina Peterhans is a lecturer in law at SVIT Swiss Real Estate School AG.
