Erich Kalt has been a partner of Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat since 1982. He completed his studies with lic. iur. (licentiate) at the University of Zurich in 1980. After various internships in the law firm and with criminal authorities, he was awarded the attorney-at-law and notary's certificate of the Canton of Zug in 1981. From 1989 to 1997, he served as a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. Mr Kappeler joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2014. He completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 2007, having already obtained an Arts degree from the same institution in 2000. In 2009, he was admitted as a lawyer and notary public of the Canton of Zug and has since been admitted to all Swiss courts. Mr Kappeler’s prior legal experience includes several years as an associate and senior associate at one of Zurich's premier commercial law firms. Before his activities as a lawyer and notary, Mr Kappeler worked for many years for a large service company in various functions, including positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources department and the senior management corps.

Manuel Inderbitzin is specialized in the field of procedural law. His comprehensive and long-standing expertise in litigation also extends to all pre- and post-trial actions, such as the ordering of precautionary measures (safeguarding assets, prohibitions, etc.), the conduct of internal investigations and the enforcement of domestic and foreign decisions. In addition, he regularly represents clients in debt collection and bankruptcy law.

 

Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, Manuel Inderbitzin had worked for several years as a clerk and substitute judge at Meilen District Court and as a litigator in one of the leading Swiss commercial law firms in Zurich. During his studies he worked for an international asset manager. After graduating from the University of Lucerne in 2014, he initially completed an internship as an auditor in the administration of civil law. Later he worked for one year as a trainee in a law firm in Zug. In 2017, he was granted the attorney and notary's license of the Canton of Zug.
