Hans-Rudolf Wild joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1988 as a partner. He previously worked as a lawyer in Zurich and Zug. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich in 1980. He has been admitted to the bar in all Swiss courts since 1983. Today he is also a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. Hans-Rudolf Wild is also a member of the boards of directors of international companies.

Rainer Hager joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1989 and has been a partner since 1993. He studied at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1987. For 16 years he was a member of the Zug City Parliament and in 1999/2000 he was President of the Municipal Council of Zug. Since 2009, he has been President of the Citizens Council of Zug.

Christoph Schweiger joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat as a lawyer in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he studied at the University of Zurich. He then worked for a large commercial law firm in Zug and Zurich. He was admitted to the bar and notary public in the Canton of Zug in 1999.

René Peyer joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2006 and joined the partnership in 2013. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich before obtaining the attorney-at-law and notary's certificate of the Canton of Zug. He is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts. René Peyer is also the sole arbitrator of the Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF) and a proxy holder for several listed companies. Before joining Schweiger, she served for 11 years as a partner at Hodel Frei & Partner in Zug. Nina J. Frei’s prior legal experience includes several years in one of Zurich's premier commercial law firms, including a secondment in London in 2007. Nina Frei completed her law studies at the University of Zurich in 1997, and received her doctorate in civil procedure law in 2003, for which she was awarded the Prof. Walther Hug Prize. After graduating from the University of Lucerne in 2014, he initially completed an internship as an auditor in the administration of civil law. Later he worked for one year as a trainee in a law firm in Zug. In 2017, he was granted the attorney and notary's license of the Canton of Zug. Gioia Vokinger studied law at the University of Lucerne and at the University of Edinburgh. After completing her studies in 2020, she initially worked as an auditor at the District Court of Schwyz before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat as a trainee in 2021. Sonja Kaufmann, MLaw studied law at the University of Lucerne from 2015-2021. She completed her Master's degree in the summer of 2021 with a Master's profile "Competition & Regulation". During her Master Sonja Kaufmann focused in particular on issues of commercial criminal law, competition law, intellectual property law and contract law. Sonja Kaufmann wrote her Master's thesis about the patentability of human artificial germ cells.

 

Before starting her traineeship at Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in February 2022, Sonja Kaufmann worked as an assistant at Barandun Ltd in Zug and Zurich. Prior to this, she did an apprenticeship commercial, which she completed in 2013 as the best of the year in the Canton Zug. She took the vocational baccalaureate and the supplementary examination "Passerelle" to get to the University of Lucerne.

Aline Hoss, M.A. HSG in Law, completed her Bachelor of Law in 2018 at the University of Fribourg. After initially studying International Law at University of St. Gallen, she graduated with a M.A. HSG in Law in 2022. During her Master's studies, Aline Hoss was particularly interested in questions of inheritance law and white-collar crime. Aline Hoss wrote her master's thesis in the area of Space Law on the question of liability aspects of Mega Constellations.

 

Before starting her trainee year at Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in March 2022, Aline Hoss completed a one-year trainee year in the legal department of Google Switzerland GmbH. Prior to this, she worked as a partner assistant at Wenger Vieli AG in Zurich. After her trainee year at Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat she will take the bar and notarization exam of the Canton of Zug.
