Hans-Rudolf Wild joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1988 as a partner. He previously worked as a lawyer in Zurich and Zug. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich in 1980. He has been admitted to the bar in all Swiss courts since 1983. Today he is also a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. Hans-Rudolf Wild is also a member of the boards of directors of international companies.

Rainer Hager is mainly active in private and public building law. As a notary, he also works in the field of inheritance law and corporate law. His clients rely on his expertise, his pragmatic solutions and his ability to achieve economic and sustainable results.
Rainer Hager joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1989 and has been a partner since 1993. He studied at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1987. For 16 years he was a member of the Zug City Parliament and in 1999/2000 he was President of the Municipal Council of Zug. Since 2009, he has been President of the Citizens Council of Zug.

Christoph Schweiger joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat as a lawyer in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he studied at the University of Zurich. He then worked for a large commercial law firm in Zug and Zurich. He was admitted to the bar and notary public in the Canton of Zug in 1999.

René Peyer joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2006 and joined the partnership in 2013. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich before obtaining the attorney-at-law and notary's certificate of the Canton of Zug. Before joining Schweiger, she served for 11 years as a partner at Hodel Frei & Partner in Zug. Dr. Nina J. Frei’s prior legal experience includes several years in one of Zurich's premier commercial law firms, including a secondment in London in 2007. Dr. Nina J. Frei completed her law studies at the University of Zurich in 1997, and received her doctorate in civil procedure law in 2003, for which she was awarded the Prof. Walther Hug Prize. In 2000, she was admitted to practice law in the canton of Zurich authorizing her to represent clients before all Swiss courts.

Manuel Inderbitzin joined the firm in 2015 and was promoted to partnership in 2022. Prior to joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he served for several years as a litigator in one of Switzerland's leading commercial law firms in Zurich and before that as a clerk and substitute judge at the Meilen District Court.

In 2017 Mathias Wetzel joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat. He is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts. During his studies he worked for an international asset manager. After graduating from the University of Lucerne in 2014, he initially completed an internship as an auditor in the administration of civil law. Later he worked for one year as a trainee in a law firm in Zug. In 2017, he was granted the attorney and notary's license of the Canton of Zug. In addition to his professional activities, he has been politically active in the Communal Parliament of Zug since 2016.

Lukas Frese specializes in domestic and international litigation, with particular emphasis on complex corporate and commercial disputes before state courts and (administrative) authorities. He regularly advises and represents companies and private individuals in the areas of judicial and administrative assistance, employment law, real estate and tenancy law, trust and customs law. His expertise also includes all pre- and post-trial arrangements such as the ordering of interim measures (preservation of evidence, injunctions, asset recovery, asset safeguarding, etc.), the enforcement of domestic and foreign decisions and the conduct of proceedings in the areas of debt collection and bankruptcy law. Furthermore, Lukas Frese has in-depth knowledge in conducting international arbitration proceedings in particular in the construction and infrastructure sectors (ICC, SCAI, ad hoc), governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws.
