Hans-Rudolf Wild advises companies and private individuals mainly in contract, commercial and corporate law as well as in matters of inheritance law. He has broad experience in litigation and acts as a litigator in complex proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Hans-Rudolf Wild joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1988 as a partner. He previously worked as a lawyer in Zurich and Zug. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich in 1980. He has been admitted to the bar in all Swiss courts since 1983. Today he is also a member of the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Zug. Hans-Rudolf Wild is also a member of the boards of directors of international companies.

Rainer Hager is mainly active in private and public building law. He assists private individuals and companies in the acquisition, purchase and succession planning of real estate and in the realisation of buildings and their legal structuring; he acts in an advisory and litigation capacity. As a notary, he also works in the field of inheritance law and corporate law. His clients rely on his expertise, his pragmatic solutions and his ability to achieve economic and sustainable results.

Rainer Hager joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 1989 and has been a partner since 1993. He studied at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1987. For 16 years he was a member of the Zug City Parliament and in 1999/2000 he was President of the Municipal Council of Zug. Since 2009, he has been President of the Citizens Council of Zug.

Christoph Schweiger advises and represents companies and private individuals in the fields of construction and real estate law, inheritance law, contract law and corporate law. His practice focuses on public area planning, construction and environmental law, real estate transactions, construction contracts (work contracts, planning contracts) and the legal structuring of building developments. Further main activities are the support of clients in all matters of inheritance law, foundation law and contract law as well as notary services in marriage, inheritance and corporate law.

Christoph Schweiger joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat as a lawyer in 2000 and became a partner in 2008. Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he studied at the University of Zurich. He then worked for a large commercial law firm in Zug and Zurich. He was admitted to the bar and notary public in the Canton of Zug in 1999.

René Peyer advises private individuals and companies mainly on commercial law, private contract law and notarial matters. Further focal points of his work are corporate succession and estate planning. His clients value his pronounced understanding of economic interrelationships and his sense of what is feasible. René Peyer joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2006 and joined the partnership in 2013. He completed his studies at the University of Zurich before obtaining the attorney-at-law and notary's certificate of the Canton of Zug. He is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts. René Peyer is also the sole arbitrator of the Association for Quality Assurance in Financial Services (VQF) and a proxy holder for several listed companies. René Peyer heads the construction and planning department as a local councillor in Walchwil.

Linus Schweizer advises companies, authorities and private individuals on commercial and private law as well as public law. He has many years of experience and expertise in litigation and regularly represents his clients in international and national cases before state courts and authorities. In his capacity as notary, Linus Schweizer is particularly active in corporate law and inheritance law, including estate planning and implementation. His clients appreciate his structured and efficient way of working as well as his pronounced legal expertise. Through his work as a member of the board of various companies, Linus Schweizer also has an in-depth understanding of economic interrelationships.

Linus Schweizer joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2009. He has been a partner since 2018. Linus Schweizer completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 2009. In 2011, he was admitted as an Attorney at Law and Notary Public of the Canton of Zug and has since been admitted to all Swiss courts. Linus Schweizer completed his Master of Laws at Northwestern University, Chicago Il. (LL.M., 2015). He is also a member of the Swiss Bar Association and the Zug Bar Association.

Felix Kappeler advises companies and private individuals mainly in commercial and corporate law, in contractual matters under private law, and as a notary. His practice focuses on national and international transactions, corporate law, restructuring, and financing. Another focus of his work includes all aspects of employment law. Clients particularly appreciate Mr Kappeler's carefully-structured approach to addressing client needs and the pragmatic and efficient process that results. Mr Kappeler’s prior business activities and practical experience give him a multifaceted understanding of economic frameworks and commercial realities that allows him to analyze specific topics not only from a legal, but also from a business perspective, and to go beyond the usual scope of advice often provided by other law firms. As a result, Mr Kappeler is able to effectively identify the needs of his clients and to develop optimal solutions.

Mr Kappeler joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2014. He completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 2007, having already obtained an Arts degree from the same institution in 2000. In 2009, he was admitted as a lawyer and notary public of the Canton of Zug and has since been admitted to all Swiss courts. Mr Kappeler’s prior legal experience includes several years as an associate and senior associate at one of Zurich's premier commercial law firms. Before his activities as a lawyer and notary, Mr Kappeler worked for many years for a large service company in various functions, including positions of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources department and the senior management corps.

Dr. Nina J. Frei has worked for 20 years in commercial and corporate law, contract law, employment law and white-collar criminal law. She has broad experience in litigation, both before state courts, and in arbitration. She frequently publishes in these fields. Dr. Nina J. Frei advises clients in an efficient and focused manner, thereby creating economically reasonable solutions.

Before joining Schweiger, she served for 11 years as a partner at Hodel Frei & Partner in Zug. Dr. Nina J. Frei’s prior legal experience includes several years in one of Zurich's premier commercial law firms, including a secondment in London in 2007. Dr. Nina J. Frei completed her law studies at the University of Zurich in 1997, and received her doctorate in civil procedure law in 2003, for which she was awarded the Prof. Walther Hug Prize. In 2000, she was admitted to practice law in the canton of Zurich authorizing her to represent clients before all Swiss courts.

Verena Iten advises companies and private individuals on corporate, commercial and contract law and acts as notary public for the necessary notarizations. Restructuring and M&A transactions of SMEs as well as of larger and listed companies are a focus of her activities. She has extensive experience with the Merger Act and carries out mergers as well as spin-offs, transformations and asset transfers. Many years of management experience enable her to provide her clients with practical support in their day-to-day business as well as in questions of employment and tenancy law. Further main activities are family office services, succession planning and inheritance regulations.

Verena Iten has been with Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat since 2003. She was admitted to the bar in 2005 and was admitted as a notary public. She studied law at the University of Zurich.

Sonja Moos is mainly active in public and private construction law. Her main activities include building permit procedures, drawing up and evaluating contracts for the acquisition of real estate, establishing condominium ownership, assisting with individual and site construction projects, asserting claims arising from construction defects, fee claims, property law (easements, etc.) and civil law with a focus on contract law. She advises private individuals and companies and represents them before all Swiss courts. As a notary, she also drafts and certifies contracts in inheritance and corporate law. Sonja Moos uses her gained professional experience as well as her continuous further education in the field of real estate law for her clients in a targeted and solution-oriented way.

Sonja Moos joined Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2010 as a lawyer and notary public. She completed her studies at the University of Zurich in 2007 with a licentiate.

She is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts.

In 2013, Milva Inderbitzin-Zehnder joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat. Prior to that, she worked as a legal assistant in a medium-sized law firm. She studied law at the University of Lucerne and at the Fordham University School of Law in New York City. In 2012, she was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zug and has since been admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts. In addition to her work as a lawyer and notary public, Milva Inderbitzin-Zehnder is a member of the board of directors of an international listed company.

Manuel Inderbitzin specializes in litigation law. He has many years of expertise in complex, international disputes, with a constant focus on the best economic solution. In inheritance law matters, Manuel Inderbitzin regularly acts as executor and advises family businesses and private individuals on all aspects of estate planning (including notarial services). Manuel Inderbitzin publishes and lectures regularly in the respective fields of law and serves as a military prosecutor.

Manuel Inderbitzin joined the firm in 2015 and was promoted to partnership in 2022. Prior to joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat, he served for several years as a litigator in one of Switzerland's leading commercial law firms in Zurich and before that as a clerk and substitute judge at the Meilen District Court.

Mathias Wetzel advises private individuals and legal entities on real estate and construction law, civil law, in particular contract law, as well as corporate and notarial matters. He is also active in criminal law and represents clients before civil, criminal and administrative authorities.

In 2017 Mathias Wetzel joined the law firm Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat. He is admitted as a legal representative before all Swiss courts. During his studies he worked for an international asset manager. After graduating from the University of Lucerne in 2014, he initially completed an internship as an auditor in the administration of civil law. Later he worked for one year as a trainee in a law firm in Zug. In 2017, he was granted the attorney and notary's license of the Canton of Zug. In addition to his professional activities, he has been politically active in the Communal Parliament of Zug since 2016.

Alexandra Müller specializes in the field of procedural law. She has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in complex proceedings before state courts and arbitration tribunals, primarily in the areas of inheritance law, general contract law (particularly work contract law [Werkvertragsrecht]), and criminal law. Alexandra Müller also has comprehensive knowledge of data protection law, including international aspects, particularly regarding EU regulations that affect Switzerland. She assists companies in complying with data protection regulations and implementing data protection measures. In inheritance law matters, Alexandra Müller advises both individuals and companies on all questions of estate planning and provides notarial services in this regard. In the area of work contract law (Werkvertragsrecht), she has a broad range of experience in handling intricate negotiations and proceedings involving various stakeholders

Lukas Frese specializes in domestic and international litigation, with particular emphasis on complex corporate and commercial disputes before state courts and (administrative) authorities. He regularly advises and represents companies and private individuals in the areas of judicial and administrative assistance, employment law, real estate and tenancy law, trust and customs law. His expertise also includes all pre- and post-trial arrangements such as the ordering of interim measures (preservation of evidence, injunctions, asset recovery, asset safeguarding, etc.), the enforcement of domestic and foreign decisions and the conduct of proceedings in the areas of debt collection and bankruptcy law. Furthermore, Lukas Frese has in-depth knowledge in conducting international arbitration proceedings in particular in the construction and infrastructure sectors (ICC, SCAI, ad hoc), governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws.

Before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat in 2019, Lukas Frese practised in Zurich as an attorney at law with renowned law firms focussing on litigation and international arbitration (2015-2019) and as clerk to the court and chairman of the Conciliation Authority in tenancy and lease matters at the district of Meilen (2011-2015).

Gioia Vokinger studied law at the University of Lucerne and the University of Edinburgh. After completing her studies in 2020, she initially worked as clerk at the District Court of Schwyz before joining Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat first as a trainee and then as a legal practitioner. Since 2023, Gioia Vokinger has been working as a lawyer and notary at Schweiger Advokatur/Notariat.

Sarah Wyss studied law at the University of Lucerne.
